Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only.
Can I return (a part of) my complete order at the time of delivery?
The facility of returning (a part of) a complete order at the time of delivery has been possible.
This means If you have found out the product is containing size problems, color problems, product mismatch or not genuine or any defect, you can return us the product in free of cost. We will not take any return charge from you.
What if my products arrived damaged?
We are encouraging you to recheck the product if has any damaged issues, if you sign in our receipt copy and ownership memo then it proves that you have received the product in good and satisfactory condition. After this, we will not accept any complaints regarding product damage. We are highly encouraging you to recheck the product before sign in our memo. Even a product is found damaged or contents found short prior to your acceptance of ownership we shall arrange replacement at no extra cost to you. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock and payment was made in advance, you will receive full refund, no questions asked.
What is our shipping time?
If your delivery address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by within 2 business days. If it is outside Dhaka then it will take 3-4 business days.
Our Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.
What is the Return Procedure?
For inside Dhaka,
For cash on delivery, you have to inform us within --- business working days. After this time duration, the request of return will not valid. We will return it if –

What are the replacement conditions?
If you have found any size problems, color problems, product mismatches, defect in time of deliveries we will replace the product within ---- business days. If the replacement can’t be done by us we will inform you and after mutual conversation we will solve it or make the arrangements for the refund.
